Meal #2 - Famous Ginseng Chicken Soup

Here's what we had for lunch yesterday. It's a Korean dish that consists of a whole chicken stuffed with rice, ginseng, garlic and other ingredients in a ginseng based broth. It was really good as the chicken fell right off the bone. Here are some before and after shots:

Wait, but who can forget the spicy complementary side dishes, including KIMCHI!!!

Our work took care of our lunch, which was really nice of them. After lunch we proceeded to Immigration to fill out the application for an Alien Registration Card (ARC).
